Refund policy

Letting Us Know 
We understand that you need time to try your purchases on, so our returns policy gives you plenty of time.  You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item to us.  Returns are FREE.  All you need to do is drop us an email, and we'll send you a label.  Just print it off, stick it to your parcel and for UK customers, just drop it off at your ​local UK Hermes drop off point.  If you don't have a printer we will post a label out to you. If you are outside the UK we will give you instructions of how to post the item back to us when we send your label.

Returning Goods in Reasonable Condition
Please take care with the goods and ensure that when returning them to us they are in good condition. Items should be unworn and still have all tags attached. Customers must also take reasonable care to ensure that we receive the goods and that the goods are not damaged in transit, so please ensure that they are packaged properly.  Don't forget to include your details in the parcel so we can trace your original order and know who to refund.

Refund Method
Both the cost of the item, and associated postage paid when the order was placed will be refunded in full.  All refunds will be made to the card or PayPal account used to pay for it in the original transaction.  Every effort is made to process refunds as quickly as possible, usually on the day we receive it but at latest within 14 days of the cancellation.
