It’s almost Christmas, but we’re willing to bet there’s a few of you who are still being asked by mum or partner, “Have you decided what you want yet?!”. If the idea of more smellies or multipacks of knickers isn’t exactly making your heart sing why not be proactive and send them a link directly to one of our pretty and wearable festive pieces, safe in the knowledge you will love the item and they will love the price! (And if no-one is stumping up for a gift for you this year, then treat yourself right now, and receive it in time to wear for the office party!)

Black Velvet Crossback Dress
This is the one – the little black dress with a big attitude! Ruched sleeves and a cross-over back make this one edgy little choice. Whether you’re goth-inclined and can see it with fishnets and biker boots, or more of a vixen, and would team it with classic courts and red lipstick, it will work for your style. It’s velvet too, the most Christmassy of fabrics!

Red One-Shoulder Midi Dress
This dress is a real show-stopper and was a huge favourite of everyone at the Curve Festival recently. It’s one shoulder but… wait for it… with an adjustable strap, so no worries about bra straps for those of us that can’t contemplate strapless! The ruffle across the bust line and draping skirt just screams dancing the night away. In fact, doesn’t it give you Saturday Night Fever vibes? Perfect for party season!

Pale Pink Pleated Midi Skirt
OK, bear with us. We realise pale pink isn’t perhaps the most obvious Christmas colour, but oh… this skirt is just soooooo pretty! We can really see this working with a pussycat blouse and lots of gold jewellery. Think old-school Miss Moneypenny. Pure elegance.

Black Sequin Top
If you’re not going for Christmas classic number one on our list, the LBD, then perhaps we can tempt you to the other staple of the festive season – a sparkly top? This top is longer line so it sits beautifully over classic tailored trousers for a really elegant look for Christmas Day. Or, picture this – team it with wet look leggings and spike heeled boots and you’ve got a killer New Year’s Eve look.

Black Floral Kimono
OK, remember Julia Robert’s character going to dinner with Hugh Grant’s friends for the first time in Notting Hill? She completely smashed the casual but polished, comfy but stylish vibe, didn’t she? And you know why? Because she wore a kimono top over a cami and jeans. Trust us, this is the PERFECT Boxing Day outfit. You will wear this kimono again and again in a myriad of ways. Add it to your list now!

Which is your Christmas pick this year? Do let us know! We’d love to see your photos of you all glammed up and rocking our looks. Merry Christmas, beautiful women! May it be your best ever!

Love from all at Apples & Pears xxxx
