Every year we reach the third Monday in January and wherever we look the headlines tell us it’s the most depressing day of the year.
Originally the Blue Monday tag came from a marketing campaign by travel company Sky Travel. But with Christmas a distant memory, credit card bills for the festivities beginning to roll in, the weather less than inspiring and payday still a way off it’s no wonder this day has got itself a bit of a reputation.
This year though, we’ve decided not to be swayed by a title, and we are going to celebrate all that is blue instead!
