The summer’s here, the sun is out at long last and suddenly your trusted pair of black leggings are starting to feel a little warm.
Makes sense just to ditch them and slip into a skirt, dress or pair of shorts, doesn’t it?
But for plenty of us it’s not that easy. Legs throw up a lot of issues for many women. Just talking to a group of friends about how they feel about their legs, the list of complaints was endless. From thread veins to chunky thighs, knobbly knees and cellulite – each and every one had a reason they would rather fry than show off their lovely legs.
And they are lovely! Looking at all of these pairs of pins, it was impossible to see what they were worried about. But that’s the thing. So very often our hang ups about our legs – or any number of other body parts – are mainly in our own heads and the rest of the world simply doesn’t notice or even care!
So, our message to you lovely lot is don’t let your worries about your legs spoil the summer months. Dare to bare rather than spending from now until the end of September feeling hot and bothered and pretty uncomfortable.
