2017 has been a great year for us at Apples and Pears and has given us the opportunity to meet many of you both on-line and at fashion events that we have attended. We have taken our collections to catwalk shows, worked with our favourite plus size models, proving that beautiful fashions don’t stop at a size 14.

1. Glam Colchester
This was our first big event of 2017 and was held at Western Homes Stadium in Colchester. A big event with other local beauty, fashion and well-being brands presenting their products, we had our own area to show off our full range. Our models totally stole the show on the catwalk!

2. Curve Fashion Festival
Another amazing event - this one took place at the Liverpool Exhibition Centre. This is the plus size show of the year and was very busy. We took our special sale rail and had lots of fun helping people try on outfits. It was a great chance to meet up with our favourite people and to make lots of new friends.

3. Greenstead Fashion Show
A local event for us as it was held in Colchester. The organisers held a competition for members of the public to model for us on the catwalk. Local women who had never modelled before had a great time and showed off our clothes brilliantly.

4. Suffolk Fashion Show
Held in Ipswich in a huge car showroom which was transformed into a catwalk. Seeing our Apples & Pears logo magnified on the screens, with our awesome models wearing the Autumn collection was very exciting and gave us a chance to make lots of new contacts.

Just a few highlights from a very busy year. Other events and promotions took place and we have loved meeting everyone. Keep an eye on our events page, as we’ll be starting to add events for 2018 very soon.
